Makkovik Inuit Community Government has been successful in receiving funding through the Inuit Pathways Work Experience Program ( WEP) to hire a Recreation Worker for a 16 week period. To help ease the congestion at the dock area the Makkovik Inuit Community Government would like to ask owners of any boats, property or material they may have in the area to please remove same.

With the fall shipping season in full swing, shorter daylight hours and for boaters using the launch way, the least unnecessary parking the safer it will be for all users.
