in $25.00 for each entry chosen, plus the winning entries will be a part of our upcoming MICG 2017 Calendar.

Who Can Enter? Residents of all Ages!
How to Enter? Submit your photographs by email to townmanager@makkovik.ca. Participants may submit as many photos as you want. Of the entries we receive, we will be choosing 12 photos, to be used for each month of the Calendar.
Contest Rules? Digital photographs should be taken at the highest resolution, if possible. All participants hold all rights to the photographs, and will be given credit for the photo that we use. By entering the contest, entrants grant the Makkovik Inuit Community Government the right to publish and use submitted photographs in print or electronic form for advertising and promotion for exhibition, and promotional products, including website.
What is the photo contest theme? Scenes of Makkovik, and the areas where our residents go fishing and hunting, cabin areas, etc such as Makkovik Bay, "Suddard", etc. We cannot accept photos showing individuals. Would like to have a variety of scenes (Summer, Fall Winter and Spring) from different seasons of the year to choose from.
